bet629 Terms & Conditions – User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and bet629 ("bet629," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet629 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the bet629 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are supplemented by the bet629 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the bet629 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of bet629 or any of its affiliates, software providers, or business partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the bet629 Platform or had an account terminated for cause.

bet629 requires all users to complete identity verification ("KYC") before withdrawal access is granted. KYC requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back). bet629 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify age, identity, source of funds, or residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

If bet629 determines at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria — including age requirements — the account will be closed immediately. Any balance held at the time of closure will be returned to the verified source of funds after deducting any winnings generated during the ineligible period.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bet629 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, valid date of birth, active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

bet629 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not constitute an obligation on bet629 to accept any bet or wager.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet629 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through your bet629 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify bet629 of a security breach. bet629 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bet629 support immediately. bet629 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze an account pending a security investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bet629 Platform must be made using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. bet629 reserves the right to return funds to the source and request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are subject to a minimum of Rs 300 and typically process within 1–5 minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are processed within 1–2 business hours subject to banking infrastructure availability. USDT TRC20 deposits are subject to network confirmation requirements.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible. bet629 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal, including requesting source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are same-day during business hours for mobile wallet methods.

bet629 may suspend withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bet629 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the bet629 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bet629 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a technical error, manifest error ("palpable error"), or odds feed malfunction. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's account without additional compensation.

bet629 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice. The Platform's maximum payout per event and per day are published in the relevant betting rules section.

In-play betting is offered on selected markets. All in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for validation purposes. bet629 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain available throughout any event.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by bet629 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• bet629 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period specified in the offer.
• Certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific bonus offers. This will be indicated in the relevant offer terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet629 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds in a systematic manner ("bonus hunting," "arbitrage abuse," or "overlay exploitation") in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Colluding with other players in poker or other skill-based games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet629 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and data — is the proprietary property of bet629 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the bet629 Platform without the prior written consent of bet629. Unauthorised use of bet629's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet629 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bet629's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bet629 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet629 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Suspension & Termination

bet629 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The user has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bet629 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Applicable law or regulatory requirements mandate the closure of the account.

Upon termination for cause, bet629 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bet629 support. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned after any pending bets are settled and any outstanding wagering requirements are resolved.

12. Responsible Gaming

bet629 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and both temporary and permanent self-exclusion options.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion feature. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly — typically within minutes — and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bet629 is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bet629's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you must first contact bet629 support in writing and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for bet629 to investigate and respond to the complaint. bet629's internal complaints procedure is the mandatory first step in any dispute resolution process.

Users in Pakistan are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Pakistani federal and provincial laws and regulations. bet629 does not provide legal advice and cannot confirm the legality of online gaming in your specific location within Pakistan. If in doubt, consult an independent legal professional before registering or depositing.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bet629 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the bet629 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
